This new gauge has physical buttons for the left and right rather than touch sensors. We hear that some of you are using gloves when racing and when doing so the touch sensors dont register so for the best solution we decided to just use buttons. Next, because of complexity of different PC systems and the amount of variations usb ports etc… we decided to build in the setup process into the gauge itself. So no more need for computer. Installation of the new V2 is the same as the original version, but you dont need the computer set anymore. We also decided to add “Auto door locking” as a option you can turn on in the menu system since we consider it a safety feature everyone should have a option to have. Menu System:
To Enter main menu, Press and hold both buttons when the car is off. Then you can select different options with pressing and holding the left button. Press and hold right button to go to the next setting.
When the car is on, Press and hold both buttons for 8 seconds to changed that Screen to display different data. once you have the desired selection press and hold both buttons to save it to memory. Once saved to memory you can select between those 8 pages available.
