Returns and Warranty
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Within 30 days of the product shipping date or product purchase, you may return products purchased at geraldjustprojects.com’s store for a full refund minus restocking fee (if applicable) of your purchase price. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts. You may be responsible for the cost of the return shipment if your order is outside the US.
Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable on product returns under the 30 Day Return Policy, unless you received the wrong product was sent to you, in which case we will also pay the return shipping cost.
Return of products to me requires prior approval by e-mail to gerald@geraldjustprojects.com
If the item you are returning was a gift, please enclose the name and e-mail address of the person who sent you the gift along with the reason for the return. Packing and Sending Your Return:
1. Pack the items along with a copy of the order number securely in a box. Your order number MUST be included with the return to get your refund.
2. You will receive the address to ship to by email.
Refunds of the product’s purchase price under 30 Day Return Policy will be made by the original payment method. After processing your refund, you will receive a confirmation email with a refund receipt. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
90 DAY PRODUCT WARRANTY
GeraldJustProjects warrants to the original retail purchaser that the products covered by this limited warranty statement conform to the manufacturer’s specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one 90 days from the date of original shipping date or product purchase. For warranty service, you will need to provide proof of the date of original purchase.
REPLACEMENTS UNDER WARRANTY
If you believe your product to be defective during the warranty period, please contact email for warranty return authorization. A representative will communicate with you to determine whether to authorize warranty replacement.
If authorized,we will exchange the product without charge. We will ship a replacement product to you, You are responsible for securely packing the defective product. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
The item replaced becomes the property of GeraldJustProjects. The replacement product may be new or refurbished to the standard of quality, and, at option, may be another model of like kind and quality. Our liability for replacement of the covered product will not exceed the product’s original retail price. Exchanged products assume the remaining warranty period of your original product covered by this warranty.
This warranty covers only normal use. This warranty is not transferable.We is not responsible for warranty replacement should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, or service other than by us.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY, THEN ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD IDENTIFIED ABOVE. UNLESS STATED HEREIN, ANY STATEMENT OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSONS OR FIRM ARE VOID. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, EXPOIMAGING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCONVENIENCE, OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXPOIMAGING PRODUCT, WHETHER RESULTING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Liability & Safety Precautions
Some features of the trac-box, for example pedal dance or ABS disable are intended for track use only. Do not use on the streets. Your responsible for your own driving skills. GJP is not responsible for any damages caused by external factors, drive only on track at your own risk.
